Would you like to return instruments or make a complaint?
No problem!

1	Instruments that have already been used must be cleaned and sterilized. Goods that have not yet been used must be returned to us in their original packaging.
2	Fill in and sign the proof of decontamination This proof is also required for unused goods! Attention: If the proof is not received, we reserve the right to send the goods back to the sender.
3	Pack the items securely for transport. Include proof of decontamination and proof of purchase.
